Poor communication, I rented 2 times each time I called to give updates on late returns. 1st shame on me, I called said i can make until after 5pm so I found the bill with a extra day charges do to after 5pm return :( . 2nd time I called and said I will return the next day since thy are going to bill be if i return after 5pm i might as well get my money out of it.. well thy close at 12 on Saturday so guess what I got hit for Sunday as well.. if thy had just told me we close at 12, or hey after 5pm you get to pay for a whole new day it would not be as bad. NO more for me because the 3rd time thy closed a day early for the hurricane and did not even update corporate and or call me to tell me i dont have a car! I am still waiting on that promised call from the manager. Thy just dont care here in Wharton, TX
They quoted me one price and charged my credit card almost $100 more than the original price. They do not offer the Enterprise pick you up at your home deal. I had to get someone to drop me off just to find two lazy employees sitting around doing nothing at all! If you call to speak to the local representative at the Wharton location you will never reach anyone, you actually have to go there in person. Such a waste of time with this branch. I will use Enterprise again but bot this location.
Enterprise need to get rid of that racist bastard or they will loose alot more business he is ruining the service!! He was very rude to my wife n disrespectful and if someone don't do something about him I'm going to make sure that branch shuts down!! Im glad I'm not the only one that realise that guy there is racist n theywon't do anything about it waste of time complaining to there district manager he acts like he wants to help u but really don't!! If there is anyone else in Wharton county that's having this problem plz share let's get better service at this location!!
