I am not a person to complain. But the service we received here tonight was absolutely aweful. The waitress rolled her eyes every time we asked for a refill. We asked for two to-go boxes and when we received them one of them was already used had grease and old cheese all over it. (We where not even mad) we asked for a new one. And we got called liars! (About the box) like seriously!?
Not our first bad expirience but I thought hey it's pizza you can't mess up pizza.
I hate giving one star ratings. But They did not give me much option! This was one of the worst experiences. I've had with any sorta restraunt...cept the one time. They over cooked my apple pie at McDonald's;(... Anyways very bad service! Everyone had attitudes! And not the fun kind! Place was dirty. Never got asked for refills. Or if we had everything!...
Usually the pizza is greasy and odd tasting, but today the pizza was awesome. Our waiter was great...he was super nice...I don't know his name, but if you get him, you will know it.

I called in for a delivery. A lady called me back AFTER an hour and said that she spoke to the store near me and my location is not currently available for delivery that I would need to go pick it up. The Pizza Hut is literally two minutes away and we had ordered and had pizza delivery from that location before but since you are talking to a call center there is no way to communicate that. I go pick up my pizzas that are now cold and our stuffed crust is under cooked, the crust has barely any cheese in it. The other pizza was wrong and they over charged me for everything instead of the meal deal I orininally ordered. I asked why they didn't deliver to my location anymore and they said they did and that they didn't understand why we were told that.
